Before registering, logging in, or using the Services, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement.

By accessing or using the Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Privacy & Account Security

Your registered email is the only identity credential for using our services. Please keep it secure. All password recovery, important notifications, and service verifications rely on this email.

User passwords are stored using irreversible hashed encryption. The Site cannot decrypt your original password. For security reasons, please use a strong password or a password manager.

The Site is committed to taking reasonable measures to protect user privacy and will not sell, rent, or illegally disclose user information to any third party.

The Site only collects the minimum amount of data required to provide services, such as registered email, login records, and payment status. We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

The Site does not record the specific network content transmitted through users' VPN connections, nor does it analyze or sell users' network traffic. The system only records necessary connection status information (such as connection time and node status) to maintain service stability.

2. Terms of Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of both the country where the service is hosted and the locations of network nodes when using the Site.

It is prohibited to use the Site for any illegal activities, including cyberattacks, DDoS, malware distribution, privacy infringement, or any behavior that harms network security.

The Site reserves the right to suspend or delete inactive or non-compliant free accounts without prior notice.

If a user violates this agreement, the Site may delete the account, terminate service access, and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.

The Site is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, ISP failures, cyberattacks, node maintenance, or international network instability.

3. Service Content

The Site provides network connection management and encrypted communication services through its application. The Android client uses the Android VpnService API to establish a virtual network interface on the device, enabling network connection management, link detection, and encrypted communication. This technology is used only for core connection functionality and is not used to monitor, collect, or sell users' personal data.

The Site provides IDC services, including cloud servers, bandwidth resources, hosting, and other network infrastructure solutions.

The Site may also provide additional services such as node optimization and technical support.

4. Fees & Refund Policy

Some services require payment. Users should review package details and validity periods before purchasing.

As the service is a digitally delivered product, refunds are generally not supported. If a major service outage occurs due to system issues, appropriate compensation may be provided.
