2. Legal Compliance

Users must not use the services for any activities that violate international internet conventions, public safety regulations, or third-party service terms.

3. Account Registration and Management

Users must ensure that registration information is accurate and valid, especially the email address used as the sole identity credential. The Site is not responsible for losses caused by invalid or compromised email accounts.

Users are responsible for securing their account and password, and may not transfer, lease, or share their account without authorization.

If abnormal account activity is detected, users must change their password immediately and contact support.

4. Service Usage Rules

Users must comply with IDC usage rules and may not abuse bandwidth, IP resources, email systems, or conduct activities that harm network stability.

If user actions cause server downtime, node blocking, attacks, or penalties from upstream providers, the user shall bear all associated costs and consequences.

5. Free Account Policy

The Site reserves the right to delete free accounts, reclaim resources, or limit access at any time without prior notice, in order to maintain system stability and fairness.

6. Violation Handling

If a user violates these terms, the Site may immediately terminate service, delete the account, block access, restrict IP ranges, or pursue legal actions.

If the user’s actions cause damage to the Site, the Site reserves the right to claim compensation, including recovery costs, legal fees, and damages to infrastructure.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, ISP failures, cross-border network congestion, data center maintenance, cyberattacks, or node blocking.

The Site does not guarantee access to any specific website or platform through VPN services, nor does it guarantee that IDC resources will remain constant. Node availability may change due to policy or security requirements.

8. Modification of Terms

The Site reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Site and become effective immediately. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
